Movie Review (Theatrical): Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince (a movie that stands on it's own. . .)

I've read all the books. I've seen all of the other movies. I'm a fan. Therefore, that makes me a bit biased in this situation but there's a formula present in the books and all of the movies that works. It combines mystery, action, and coming-of-age storytelling along with amazing visuals and special effects. I don't see how this movie could have failed unless they resorted to recasting the entire film with inexperienced actors and filmed it with a home video recorder. Definitely worth the watch!!
